PSDF will provide resources to help private sector enterprises and partnerships develop and offer vocational training courses. It will be focused on establishing a market which responds to the needs of the individuals and the labor market.

Services Provider means any legal entity including consortium, which may provide or provides Training Services under the contract.

All the trainees enrolled for the training program must be residents of PSDF target districts to be eligible for PSDF funding. The residency of the trainees will be determined on the basis of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
